Court releases Besigye, security still circles him
Besigye and others have been charged with inciting violence.They have been detained at Nagalama Police Station beyond the lawful 48 hours
Court in Rukungiri has granted non cash bail to opposition candidate Dr. Kizza Besigye and colleagues; Ingrid Turinawe, Patrick Oboi Amuriat and Tashobya Innocent.
This comes after a week long wait following their arrest last week as the group was heading to Kabale.
