MP Babirye wanted by court for selling land twice

Judith Babirye , the Busiro district Woman legislator has been dragged to the commercial court in Kampala over allegations of selling a piece of land twice.
According to a one Joseph Ojok , Babirye sold the land to him at Shs. 140 million as deposit but before he could complete the transaction on the land located in Kitende, Wakiso district, Babirye sold the land to another person.
Ojok has now petitioned court to force the MP refund his money because she abused the agreement, the land is located on Block 383, Plot 9660 at Kitende -Kawoto in Busiro County.
The legislator was given 15 days to file a response to the claims before the commercial court.
