Raila Odinga rejects IEBC results as Uhuru leads with over 1m votes

The NASA alliance has disputed the IEBC’s live transmission of results without the proper forms to corroborate the results.

Speaking in a rush press conference in Nairobi on Wednesday, at 2AM, Raila Odinga revealed that they had been unable to reach a consensus with the IEBC based on the transmission.

He said that the results being transmitted on TV were a fraud since there was no Form 34A to corroborate the transmission.

According to NASA, the IEBC had promised to send the forms via e-mail to NASA’s IT department as at the time their meeting ended.

Hours later, the forms had not been sent and the live transmission of the results was ongoing. Raila said that the transmission of the results was contrary to section 39 of the Kenyan constitution.

The NASA flag-bearer claimed that he had been leading in 377 polling stations whose results he had received.

He rejected the results that had transmitted and asked the IEBC to regroup and display the right results to Kenyans.

He further claimed that Chris Msando- the late IEBC’s IT manager- was assassinated in order for the system to be manipulated to display doctored results.
