Milton Obote is one man who had a very low opinion of President Museveni

The two time President of Uganda, UPC’s Dr. Milton Obote is one man who had a very low opinion of President Museveni from the very start that he once alleged that he (Museveni)is not a citizen of Uganda.

Talking to a BBC reporter in 1985 Pesident Obote ruled out any possible talks with the then rebel leader Museveni saying that he was just Robin hood with no origin in Uganda.

Obote who sounded disgusted talking about Museveni and threatened to stop the interview with BBC, alleged that Museveni’s Father was not a Ugandan and hence there were legal issues for him to be President of Uganda.
