Ofono Opondo given Mukono district wealthy creation dairy cow
Government spokesperson Ofwono Opondo is among the 42 people who received diary cows from Mukono district department of production under the government wealth creation program last week.
According to the list seen by the SpearNews, Ofono Opondo signed for the cow himself.
Wealthy creation is a program through which government plans to help enrich poor people in communities by providing them with income generating activities.
In Mukono district 40 of the 42 cows were given to government, army official district Councillors and popular NRM campaigners
The cows were distributed in 9 of the 15 sub-counties that makes the district.
