R.I.P: Former Soroti MP Peter Omolo passes on
The former Soroti county Member of Parliament, Peter Omolo has died, this was announced by the FDC deputy secretary general Mr. Harold Kaija.
“This is to inform the entire FDC family that we have lost the Former MP of Soroti County Hon. Peter Omolo.
Hon. Omolo was a vanguard of our struggle and introduced Reform Agenda (RA) to Teso Region in 2001. He was in the 9th Parliament.” Kaija posted on his facebook page.
He added that Omolo was assertive, resilient, principled, humorous, knowledgeable, dependable, accommodative but also very Defiant, promising to communicate the burial arrangement.
The cause of Hon. Omolo’s death has not been made public yet, watch this space for more details.
