Dr Stella Nyanzi spoils herself after first round court victory
Immediately after court, she said:

He granted my request to halt the state’s demand to subject me to involuntary mental test until the constitutional court judges my petition against the archaic Mental Treatment Act (1938).
He also denied the state’s request for my bail to be cancelled because of claims that my recent Facebook posts break the subjudice rule.
Tomorrow we resume the fight in the constitutional court, and the criminal court. Tonight, we pour libation to all the gods and our ancestors working hard to move our victories against Uganda’s dictators! A big toast to my lawyers, sureties, family, friends and allies who contribute towards all the legal fees.
