Bobi Wine not MP material; Tamale Mirundi
Former senior presidential press adviser Tamale Mirundi has pinched doubts into singer Bobi Wine aka Robert Kyagulanyi’s MP candidature for Kyadondo East.
The verbal King, cast doubts on Bobi Wines eligibility While appearing on his popular Tv show One on One with Tamale Mirundi on NBS TV this Tuesday morning.
When the modulator asked him: What he thinks about Bobi Wines candidature Tamale Mirundi said actors and Musicians have turned a disappointment in parliament as they have all failed to make any Impact and just turned it into a theater.
“We have had many Comedians, actors and musicians go to parliament but what is their impact?” He questioned adding that “They have all proved immaterial”
Tamale Mirundi recently predicted that by 2021 Uganda’s politics will be dominated by un-serious, non-political players voted out voters disgust or excitement.
Musicians and actors turned politicians Include: Raga-Dee who contested for Mayor and lost, Judith Babirye who on mothers day held a concert for mothers as the only activity she can be remembered for in her first year in the house. Comedian Kato Lubwama who has equally kept a lukewarm appearance in the house.
Elections in Kyadondo East are to held in the next 4Month after court nullified election of FDC’s Katinti faulting Electoral commission.
