Politics of common sense: Why is Kayihura so panicky over Kaweesi's murder case?

As the nation still morns Kaweesi, dimensions also keep changing. Unlike other deaths that go un-dug, Kaweesi’s death seems it will not go down that easy. Many Wonder why peoples minds don’t go off The saga! Here is the answer; Kaweesi was not easy to hate. He was a person who did his work humanly. He was too human that unlike his commanders, he still had judgement to understand that in such and such operation I think I crossed the line. He could call the offended person later in day to apologise.

This kind of humanity  is not only scarce in this regime but literally un-there. This is what pushes people to help his family unveil the facts about his death. They think leaving it to get lost in thin air would be a betrayal to this second diligent police officer after Katumba Wamala.

This is the basis of Ndawula Stanley’s entry that boil down Kayihura. He questions his panicky way in which he arrested over 30 suspects in only three days. This is impossible. Its like he had a work plan that after plan A, I will go to plan B. Who headed this investigations that ended in arresting these 30 in an incident at Kulambiro where there was no eyewitness?

The first statements from police indicated that the assassins were on boda-boda and now the police has found the car that was used to murder Kaweesi!

Ndawula, in an interview with NBS TV gave names of top officers from whom he sought help after receiving death threat calls.

Every officer openly told him off; “please leave me alone, I fear Kayihura”.

One would think that Kayihura would embrace this investigative journalist to boost and coordinate investigations for a sensible conclusion unfortunately he just intimidates him off the past Wamala case and this.

Why does every officer distance himself from Ndawula? Why is it that even police spokesman refers this to Kaihura whener contacted? Why so many contradicting reports coming out so fast? Why should Kaihura silence a section of the press?

At least now we know who to look to when something happens to Ndawula.
