The school approved invitation

month ago with full consent and endorsement of the college Principal Mr MUTESIGYENSI DEUS and the Student chairperson BULEGA DAVID FENEKHANSI invited Nambooze as their chief guest at power a handover ceremony.

On getting information that Nambooze was invited in the area some DP supporters eager to catch up on what is taking place in the party organised a side meeting to tap into this visit.

As it has now become the norm, DP acting secretary general Siranda Blacks wrote to IGP Kayihura requesting him to restrain Nambooze because ” she hadn’t been cleared by the party to travel to Nebbi”.

In response, police for the last 2day has been engaging students leaders trying to force them to write another letter withdrawing the invitation to which the students refused.

By Yesterday police decided to use force and started deploying in the small northern town sealing off all roads to the school and its gates.

Talking to the Spear this Saturday evening Nambooze confirmed the invitation of the students and pledged her presence at the occasion-“in another form”

“Well am on sick leave, but I will be present in another form in Pakwach “,she said without elaborating.

She wondered whether Moa and group want to declare her a persona non gratta in Uganda.
