Mr. Museveni - What did we do to deserve this?

THE ONGOING INSECURITY IN UGANDA IS STATE INSPIRED

Last week we warned Ugandans that the anonymous leaflets and attacks on persons in parts of the country was the work of the state. Some of you thought we were being unreasonable.

Yesterday, April 24, 2017, at a confession session gone out of hand, a gangster  confirmed  before a clearly an  uneasy IGP  that indeed they are deployed by the state and their meetings are facilitated by men in uniform and well guarded by police patrols.

This, fellow Ugandans, is just tip of the iceberg.  A lot is being planned much of it aimed at depopulating parts of the country through carefully planned land wrangles.

Mengo is pretending not to know that a stage is being set, through their new land ownership policy (the 49 year lease story) to start land wars in Buganda. This will inevitably undermine the Kabaka, as the people who own land in Buganda (not necessarily Baganda) revolt to ward off land grabbers. This is exactly what the regime wants to happen. So, some influential Mengo officials should not get excited by the armed guards that are being increased around them. This could be the beginning of the end of the Buganda Kingdom as we know it.

The regime is planning a massacre. Now people are openly being mobilised over radios to buy machetes and spears to defend themselves. This is an untenable situation. There is a disturbing trend too. When security meetings are called, the most vocal persons in the meetings – vowing to defend themselves-   are the ones that are attacked first in the night. The so called security meetings are themselves traps. In fact the people should shun those meetings.

This is the time to put Mr. Museveni to task and explain how he can know that mafias had infiltrated the police, say it publicly on camera at the late Kaweesi’s vigil, but does not fire the IGP.  Nothing is happening without the full knowledge of the IGP and his employer.  Mr. Museveni must answer why he is doing this to us.

What did we do to deserve this?  Is it true that the 31 years you have had are not enough “thanks” for  your ‘sacrifices’?  Do you really want to go down with the whole country?

In the meantime, pro-people forces have mobilised to defend the people and you will soon hear about these efforts. Just keep alert and don’t listen to any government advice on security matters again.

This insecurity is planned by the state itself so that it can declare a State of emergency and suspend freedoms. A ‘clever’ way to avoid the age limit debate altogether.
