Mbidde’s Life of Fraud resurfaces with Photoshop of Nambooze’s Pictures

In an attempt to divert public attention from the attempted murder of Hon Nambooze and Hon Ssegona in Masaka yesterday, Fraudster Fred Mbidde Mukasa the mastermind of impunity has resorted to photoshoping old pictures to depict Nambooze as a drunkard and divert public attention. All Mbidde’s life is punctuated by fraud, forgeries and betrayal which just resurfaced in this. We revisit it today 

Mbidde and partner in crime Norbert Mao in connivance with police on Sunday dispersed a meeting of Democratic Party member called by area MP Mathias Mpuuga.  Commanded by Mbidde from Tropical Inn, police fired tear gas and shot rubber bullets hurting Hon Nambooze on the head and Hon Ssegona on the thigh.

Yesterday a team of his conspirators was isolated by members of the predominantly DP town. These are people with either fraud history or direct financial forgery of a kind link with Mbidde.

Dick Lukyamuzi, Kasibante Kibabirile, Ronald Kasekende, Majwala Denis, Mawanda Peter, Ibrahim Kabugo and NRM’s Mariam Tusiime.

After having his friends isolated and getting a public out rush over the brutality panicking  Mbidde run to his forgery life style to save his soaked face. He got to Photoshop cloned Nambooze’s photo when shot down with an old photo of 2015 campaigns.

Mbidde a typical crook who doesn’t mind loosing ‘integrity’ [he has never had any anyway] or who he kills on his way to power. He minds the end not the means. His life is a pack of significant fraud and forgeries to an extent that he even forged his birth place, saying he is from Kabonera Masaka, when he has no single attachment to the entire Buddu region.

Yesterday he reawakened the anger of Masaka residents who had politely kept silent on his impunity which has continually attracted public attention

All we are sure of is that he is a Rwandese migrant who like many perfectly speaks Luganda but he has no known birth-place, relative, or any parental background. None has had a burial or any party from even a distant relative of the guy.

His assertion of settling Buddu politics is through a deal he made using his post as DP’s legal adviser. DP members held genuine primaries in Masaka and members won to represent party at different levels. The headquarters refused to endorse them as official party flag bearers, which got them into a desperate state.

Amidst this standstill he came claiming to be a helper and conditioned winners that he can get them party flags on condition that they give him 2posts unopposed.

He asked for Mayor-ship position and Ssenyange sub-county chairmanship position. The members accepted not only to give those posts to him but to fully support his candidates. Mbidde imported two fellow Rwanda migrants to Masaka and gave them party cards, One was an unknown Makapu who stood for Mayor and another is Majwala current chairman Ssenyange subcounty with whom he had defrauded Masaka council land during Mayor Tebyasa era and he acted as a blocker to sell it to Sudhir!

He has an insatiable anger for money that has seen him defraud many including a onetime mother-in-law of 16 million shillings. It is a known fact that the house he occupies at Makindye belongs to a Sugar Mummy from whom he fraudulently swindled it from.

As a typical fraudster not even ashamed of defrauding himself, Mbidde cheats his own age. Ragged as he appears, with a daughter who is a graduate Journalist living in Sweden, Mbidde claims he is 39 years old!

It is this fraudulent character that made him hold on to Uganda Young Democrats leadership post while in the 40s. His overstay in UYD was meant to fulfill his ‘Gorbachev’ mission of killing the youth wing of DP as he prepared to take over, kill or sell off the mainstream DP to their government in future which he is doing now

In 1993 when Banyarwanda mobilised themselves to go fight for power in their home country through RPF no single person from any Ugandan tribe knew of this move. Youthful Mbidde actively participated in the blood birth that saw even dead bodies migrating to Uganda.

This explains why Mbidde uses Uganda Kayihura police at his will, to him this is more of a tribal force which he commands.

On the academic front the stands on a pile of academic forgeries. He first registered for social science at Makerere which he failed flat. Then he joined Mass Communication, embroided with massive fraud and glaring irregularities, mainly forged grades he was thrown out.

The habit came to a maximum when he returned to Makerere University for a Law Degree and still forged grades. Shamelessly, Mbidde on graduation day he wore a gown and mortar board despite never having finished the course.

He was later a subject of  investigation and all his degrees withdrawn he it was proved beyond doubt that he hired someone to sit exams in his place at the Law Development Centre.

It is with a total loss of personal integrity and a display of shamelessness that Mbidde still calls himself a lawyer and even adds Esq.

Like his partner in crime, Mao, Waiswa and Siranda these are all people oausing as lawyers well as none of them qualifies to stand in a bar to defend anyone. Thats why none of them has a firm he practices from as compared to Lukwago, Ssegona etc

He has since usedrhw very papers to gain election to EALA after a failed bid at the Kalungu West parliamentary seat where voters shunned him for having failed to prove his parentage and residence in the area.

As a fraud master, Mbidde’s wealth not out of only political dealership but also in  he fleeces foreigners and locals of money under the guise of running a charitable organization. He registered and briefcase organization called Makindye Building Initiative to Develop and Direct the Youth through Education (MBIDDE). He solicits funds from around the globe claiming to be aiding youths in Uganda which money when got is deposited on to his  personal count in the names of MBIDDE.

When Mbidde Uses photophoto to drive point through “Nasser street” forgery that is his way of life.

Mbidde by cloning those two photo’s he succeeded in not only soiling further his lost public trust and luck of integrity but also in attracting the wrath of Kame valley market women who symbolically gave Nambooze “olwendo lwa amazzi” in 2015 when she visited them during campaigns.
