Kaweesi's murder: Kaihura orders for Bodaboda registration
IGP Kayihura in panic and seemingly clueless move on how to fight insecurity in the country has now jumped on another campaign and vowed to stop all unregistered boda boda riders from operating in Kampala and the neighboring districts.
The IGP now wants all Bodabods registered using national IDs, PSV, Insurance covers and must have two helmets.
Kaihura also said that to operate in the greater Kampala a bodaboda must be register against a gazetted stage and operating a specific route.
Since the assaination of assistant AIGP Felix Kaweesi Kaihura has been jumping from one thing to another in a bid to show the country that police is in control and has strategies to curb insecurity.
