Grief has stricken Kamwenge town after the body of a five year old boy, son of the Chief Finance O
fficer was found rotting.
Frank Bangirana ‘s son went missing a few days ago and his body was found yesterday rotting at the roadside.
The wave of insecurity and murders in the country have reached alarming levels with police promising stern action and comprehensive investigation with each murder.
May the Little soul rest in peace as we further condemn the acts of human sacrifice and also call upon the police to take on its role instead of following and tear gassing government opposition leaders.
