South Sudan: Dr Riek Machar discuss peace with IGAD Dr. Riek Machar Teny, the leader of the main armed opposition, the SPLM/ASPLM/A (IO) has held bi-lateral talks [the first of a kind] with a delegation of IGAD’s members.
