Pig thrown at Museveni as Ugandans launch fight against age limit and land grabbing
Ugandans have launched a fight against amendment of the constitution on age limit and land acquisition by govt by dropping a yellow coloured pig near President Museveni’s State House entrance in Nakasero with inscriptions.
” TRUE: MY AGE IS OVER. I WON’T FOLLOW THE CONSTITUTION ON AGE LIMIT & LAND,”
Apparently no one has come out to claim responsibility.
“Pig throwing” has become a means of protest and an expression of anger by Ugandans to Museveni’s government.
The current talk of dissatisfaction is the removal of presidential age and land grabbing by government
Last year, a group of youth known as Jobless Brotherhood dropped yellow and blue pigs near parliament protesting the shs200m cars for MPs. The first batch was delivered straight to parliament compound and the most recent were pig heads dumped at Najjanankumbi FDC offices.
